Dodrio-Clashia @ Life Orb / Choice Specs Ability: Slush Rush Modest Nature 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe - Blizzard - Shadow Ball - Hex / Frost Breath / Nasty Plot - Knock Off

Dodrio Clashia abuses its enormous 115 base Speed to outspeed virtually everything in the RU tier, bolstered by Slush Rush in Snow, it is enormously fast and outspeeds everything unboosted in the tier. And in combination of Nasty Plot or Choice Specs, and Abomasnow Snow support, Dodrio becomes an enormous threat. Blizzard is very strong, and with appropriate support from team mates with spreading Status, Hex becomes extremely strong. And with its excellent base speed, it doesn't need to justify Timid and can just run Modest instead, bolstering its power, which it definitely needs.

Weaknesses

The main issue with Dodrio Clashia is that it needs a lot of support to get off the ground. Snow to help it hit Blizzard and be a threat, a turn to Nasty Plot, which is achievable with Abomasnow support, but its also massively stifled by a huge threat in RU, Mega Absol. Mega Absol can easily revenge kill Dodrio even with Veil up with only a little chip needed, Sucker Punch allows it, and once Snow runs out, it can just click Knock Off can kill Dodrio Clashia, which is where another problem shows itself, Dodrio Clashia is very, very frail.
