If Electric Terrain is active or this Pokemon uses a held Booster Energy, this Pokemon's highest stat is multiplied by 1.3, or by 1.5 if the highest stat is Speed. Stat stage changes are considered at the time this Ability activates. If multiple stats are tied, Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed are prioritized in that order. If this effect was started by Electric Terrain, a held Booster Energy will not activate and the effect ends when Electric Terrain is no longer active. If this effect was started by a held Booster Energy, it ends when this Pokemon is no longer active.

### StallCore

Iron Core @ Black Sludge / Sitrus Berry\
Ability: Quark Drive\
Tera Type: Grass\
EVs: 252 HP / 86 Def / 60 SpA / 112 SpD\
Bold Nature\
\- Malignant Chain\
\- Hex\
\- Recover\
\- Will-O-Wisp / Toxic

A bulky stall set, perfect for hovering in the field and taking up space. Malignant Chain is a great signature move, pairing well with Hex, much like its Ghost-type counterpart. However, due to the higher Special Attack stat, Iron Core can actually deal decent damage while being a nuisance. Toxic can be run, but Will-O-Wisp is ideal for crippling physical attackers, especially Pokémon with strong physical Ground-Type attacks. Against the likes of Ursaluna, Iron Core can use Tera Grass to live a Headlong Rush and deal decent damage with Malignant Chain.

### TrickCore (Supportive Trick Room)

**Iron Core** @ Safety Goggles\
Ability: Quark Drive\
Tera Type: Grass\
EVs: 252 HP / 86 Def / 60 SpA / 112 SpD\
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe\
Sassy Nature\
\- Acid Spray / Knock Off\
\- Heat Wave\
\- Trick Room\
\- Protect

Although a bit unorthodox, this supportive, bulky Trick Room set can work surprisingly well when paired with slower Special Attackers (e.g., Hatterene). Acid Spray is great for supporting those same special attacking Pokémon by helping them hit harder. Its Heat Wave is also nothing to ignore, dealing good damage to any pesky Steel types in its way. Protect is a staple to avoid Fake Out, letting it free up its item slot to use the Safety Goggles.
