Blastoise-Delta is an interesting take on offensive pivots by heavily punishing the opponent for switching with Stakeout STAB-boosted Knock Offs. 140 Speed EVs allow Blatoise-Delta to outspeed unboosted Gliscor, allowing it to perform several options ahead of bulky Gliscor sets: Knock Off to remove Toxic Orb on lead or switch-in Gliscor, Taunt to stop Toxic Stall and Stealth Rock, or Ice Punch to deal heavy damage. This speed investment also allows it to outspeed Jolly Kingambit and Ursaluna sets

Blastoise-Delta has several alternatives to run on its set. While Knock Off provides so much utility in addition to massive damage, there are better sweepers and wallbreakers that need STAB Knock Off available to them. Consider utilizing Dark Pulse and Foul Play on teams that already have a sufficient Knock Off user. Superpower is detrimental to its stats but can edge in KOs in a pinch. As an alternative on special sets, Blastoise-Delta can run Aura Sphere or Vacuum Wave.

Darkinium Z and Fightinium Z in combination with Stakeout can output significant damage, even on a resist. In addition, Fightinium Z can prevent a stat drop from using Superpower due to transforming it to All-Out-Pummeling but only once.

Run four attacking moves if running Assault Vest.
