### Sets

{% tab title="National Dex UU" %}

### Physical Wall

Worvator @ Leftovers\
Ability: Earth Eater\
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def\
Impish Nature\
\- Stealth Rock\
\- U-Turn\
\- Earthquake\
\- Heavy Slam / Iron Head

Worvator provides great bulk and utility with this set. Allowing it to threaten Tyranitar, Zeraora and Bisharp. Earth Eater grants a very much needed Immunity to ground, allowing Worvator to switch in to strong ground attackers such as Ursaluna, Hippowdon and Excadrill.

### Sand Rush

Worvator @ Life Orb\
Ability: Sand Rush\
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe\
Jolly Nature\
\- U-Turn\
\- Earthquake\
\- Heavy Slam / Iron Head\
\- Fire Fang / Brutal Swing / Rock Slide

Sand Rush allows Worvator to be a strong threat in sand, rivaling Excadrill in sand teams. While in sand, Worvator can deal heavy damage and outspeed many common threats such as Mega Gardevoir, Scizor, Serperior, and Victini. U-Turn allows Worvator to deal chip damage when faced with walls such as Rotom-Wash, Mega Sableye, and Buzzwole.

### Suicide Lead

Worvator @ Focus Sash\
Ability: Earth Eater\
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe\
Impish Nature\
\- Stealth Rock\
\- Spikes\
\- Self-Destruct\
\- Heavy Slam

Worvator is sent out first to set up hazards, spam heavy slam and when it gets low, click self-destruct. This can deal heavy damage and catch opponents off guard. Hazards provide great utility and make it annoying for other Pokemon to switch in on them.

### Team Options

Worvator, when running Sand Rush wants to be in a sand team with common sand Pokemon such as Tyranitar, Dracozolt, Hippowdon, etc. Worvator can also benefit from Pokemon outside of sand such as Rillaboom, Pecharunt and Iron Moth, as they synergize with Worvator well by providing great pivoting and healing (with grassy terrain).

### Weaknesses

Worvator lacks special defence, making it vulnerable to many common special attackers in its tier. Worvator also struggles with setting up, as it does not carry common setup moves such as swords dance, which can limit its damage output.
